To Whom It May Concern,
We see that this order had been fullly refunded. The reason being that "Item not Received".
The order was placed on Jab 17th (late Friday) and has a shipped by date of Tue, Jan 21, 2025 PST and a Deliver by: Mon, Jan 27, 2025 PST at a destination of ALPHARETTA, GA 30005
Please note that the USPS tracking indicates that this was shipped out on Jan 17th, the day the order was placed, FIVE (5) days before Amazon required it to be and according to the tracking number, the package had arrived on Wednesday the 22nd. Literally a day after it was expected to ship. FIVE (5) whole days before it needed to arrive on.
In addition to that, we had used Amazon shipping services with ODTR and Claims protection, yet why was there no protection applied?
Lastly, and the most frustrating is that we had not received ANY information about this. No email from the customer. No health/metric report on late or invalid shipments. No A-Z claims. No return requests.
So what's going on here? Why was the customer refunded? Please someone help

Update: Was advised to open a Safe-T Claim. was immediately denied because "The reimbursement claim does not cover outbound shipping costs."
WHAT??!?!?!?! I am claiming reimbursement for the ENTIRE ORDER!? WHO IS HANDLING THESE THINGS?!!
Hello @Seller_IPudqAhaQ00IA- and thank you for posting. As I review the claim specifics now, it appears a reimbursement was provided for this SAFE-T claim following your appeal. I am glad to see this, and appreciate you surfacing this here on forums as well!
Best,
Danny
