I need to change the pickup location for our Seller Flex orders. We're sending our products to ATS at our own expense, which is at least 20 km away. No one is helping us to change this address. ATS won't pick up from our location; they'll pick up everything else, such as MFN orders, FBA bulk shipments except for Seller Flex orders. f they can pick up my MFN order and bulk FBA shipment, why can't they pick up my seller flex orders?
