We received an A-Z Claim for order #112-3965181-1887413 from a customer who claimed the package was not received.
Why is this happening? The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate.
Could you please look into this and reverse the outcome of this unjustified decision?

Nothing new with Scamazon.
This was one of the reasons we no longer sell high ticket items or offer express delivery services on this thieves' paradise.

Most likely it will be under review by the "partner team" forever :-(
As you see here it was signed by leasing office and which is also proof that receiver may not receive the item.
The same thing happened to me on my receiving package which was a brand new phone and we found out leasing officer stole it.
Did you use Amazon buy shipping and shipped out on time, if so you should have been covered?
