Hit with section 3 a long ago, appealed 3-times with required documents, still got rejected! Need some assistance for 4th appeal.

Hello,

My account was deactivated stating that I sold counterfeit products(2 listings). I appealed 3-times, but rejected every time. I had 3 orders in total for 2 listings/ASINs. I submitted Invoices(no phone number/website in 1 invoice), Shipping Confirmation email, email chat with supplier, bank statement, transaction details page screenshot. Which should be enough to verify that my orders were legit, but still I got rejected. What am I supposed to do now?

I spoke to the supplier requesting to add a phone number & website to the invoice, but they refused to make any changes. But they told me that I can give their phone number and website to amz. So I submitted a screenshot of the email that had the phone number & website in the bottom of the email.

I have already stopped reselling, and I just wanna fix this problem. So that I can launch a PL. I can join them for video call verification where I can show all documents I have for both the listings/suppliers.

ANSWERS TO SOME QUESTIONS:

Reason for getting rejected in 2nd attempt: We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Please note that documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified.

Reason for getting rejected in 3rd attempt: “We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Please note that documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified.”

Seems they have just copied and pasted the same thing.

I’ve all the documents from 1 supplier(2 invoices) with all the required information on it. But the other supplier hasn’t included PHONE NUMBER & WEBSITE(1-order/invoice). I submitted an email screenshot with PHONE NUMBER & WEBSITE though. I also attached a bank statement, & transaction details page, shipping confirmation, and trackingID that shows the product was shipped to my prep center from the supplier. And all the emails I wrote to the supplier over the time. FedEX trackingID: 786028512336

Same supplier(with incomplete invoice) refused to provide their supplier chain documents like invoices, but in an email they said the products I purchased were authentic.

I left selling, so the account was in INDIVIDUAL STATUS when it was deactivated. Therefore, I have no access to HEALTH EXPERT call back option or SELLER SUPPORT from the day one of deactivation.

I was assigned an account manager, but she hasn’t responded to my emails or LinkedIn messages. Maybe she has been promoted to another department. Could anyone here get someone to call me that can look into my case and help me, please? I moved to the states leaving everything behind in Canada, just to grow my amazon business. I delayed my graduation by a year, when moving to the USA.

CASE_ID: 17464951261, caseID has 6 documents I submitted to them like invoices, bank statements, transaction details pages, email chats, etc from a supplier with issues in INVOICE. I’ve also included my PHONE NUMBER, SUPPLIER NAMES in the description of the case.

Thanks for time and consideration!

Thanks,

Pramish M

ACCEPTED INVOICES

Will be ONE document (not 1 showing the order and one showing your payment and one showing it was shipped...)

It will have item details such as UPC or Product ID's that can be verified ONLINE

Brand & Item information on your invoice MATCH those on your listing

Your invoice does NOT show any tax was collected

Your invoice does not have any "pull down" menus

Your invoice does NOT come from a store where anyone can shop

Your invoice comes from a place where you had to provide your business information and be approved

Your invoices comes from a distributor that is BRAND AUTHORIZED as distributor, not as RETAILER

Your invoice has contact information for the distributor that WORKS

Your invoice has YOUR NAME AS REGISTERED in your seller account

Your invoice shows the order/s SHIPPED (completed transaction)

Your invoice shows payment terms (Net 30/cash...)

Your invoice/s cover the full amount of product sold in the last 365 days

Your invoice is NOT older than 365 days

"Same supplier(with incomplete invoice) refused to provide their supplier chain documents like invoices, but in an email they said the products I purchased were authentic."

And I have some ocean front property in AZ that I will sell you for the right price.

Confirmation must come from the BRAND, not a supplier.

Contact your sales rep at the brand and find out if your supplier is an AUTHORIZED wholesale dealer. After this many years Amazon already knows almost every authorized one out there.

"I spoke to the supplier requesting to add a phone number & website to the invoice,"

Did you have to give them your tax exempt information and business license or did you buy from a public facing website?

They are not authorized by brand, but they claim that they sell authentic products.

They guy selling Nike shoes and some big speakers from the back of his van at the corner says the same thing; he's not authorized, but "everything's authentic"

But even if everything is authentic, if they are not authorized, then you are in trouble. Additionally, many brands have regional restrictions; if there is a US distributor, then you are likely selling what is referred to as "Grey market" items, which will not be authorized to sell in the US, and are not accepted on Amazon.

The order was placed like a regular customers do.

So you bought from a retailer, not a wholesale distributor. Another strike.

I can't imagine you ever getting Amazon to allow you to sell again. You can't show that your items are legit; and Amazon allowing you to continue to sell would be putting them in a position of legal liability.

So I don't think that's the problem.

Yes, that exactly IS the problem. RA/OA works just fine, until it doesn't. And where it doesn't is for ANY question of authenticity. Once there is ANY question whatsoever, Amazon must, BY LAW, verify the authenticity of your items. Submitting receipts from an unauthorized retailer, especially one in another country, is not going to provide the evidence required.

May be because of invoice lacking a lot of infos.
View post

Well, that's a start. But of course, you had a RECEIPT, not an invoice, as it was a retail purchase. And just like the guy selling the Nikes and speakers from a van in the corner lot, the inability to track the supply chain is a big deal.

You purchased items from an unauthorized source (retail or wholesale doesn't matter), imported them in possible violation of regional restrictions, and don't have a verifiable supply chain.

There are so many things here, any single one of which is a deal killer, that there is no way that Amazon is going to assume legal liability and allow you to keep selling.

It's not a receipt!
View post

So did you provide them with your business license #? Were there any terms? (such as "30 days net"?

You said above that your order "was placed like a regular customers do.". That indicates a retail purchase; even if your receipt says "Invoice" at the top, it's still a receipt if it doesn't apply to a legitimate business to business wholesale purchase.

And of course, even an actual invoice, if from an unauthorized seller, means nothing.

Face the facts. You're done here. You have no way whatsoever to show that your items are authentic AND AUTHORIZED.

Can someone from amazon support team look into the case please?
