AWD Receiving delays 3 weeks

I have units that were delivered to AWD 3 weeks ago and still have not entered receiving or checked in status. What is the usual time to receive in? Past shipments were a lot faster.

It is shipment STAR-X4DUN4RAMDQBE if anyone can assist.

For the future - Does any one know where to submit a help ticket for AWD issues?
