I have been facing an issue with my inventory for the past one and a half year. Despite multiple attempts to create removal orders, they are not being processed. Every six months, my removal orders are canceled, and I cannot understand why this is happening.

My guess -- based on our experience over the last several years....your inventory may be in an FC that can't do removal orders. So, they stay pending for a long time and then at some point the system just cancels the removal order.
Not helpful, but we just got back some units that expired in July of 2023. Yes, over 12 months ago. We create removal orders before expiration of the product. But on the flip side, another removal order from last week has already been delivered.
