Case ID: 16618566801
Order details:
Tracking no.: 9400111206211524307900
Order available for pickup : Oct-21
Order due date : Oct-24
Customer picked up at post office : Oct-25
this order is counted as “late” in our OTDR report.
However, mod @Jameson_Amazon in seller forum confirmed that “ if the package is redirected to a pick-up location, this would have been deemed as delivered once the carrier attempted the delivery.”.
So, this order's OTDR calculation should stop at Oct-21 since package is available for pickup on BUT it did not stop there.
@Jameson_Amazon and another MODs, please forward this mis-calculation to IT department of OTDR so that such incident will not be counted in OTDR calculations. We are lucky that this package only contains 1 piece of item in it, if this package were to contain 20 pieces, then we would have counted 20 times late in OTDR. This programming issue needs to be corrected otherwise any seller will be affected.

Hello @Seller_4r0pkivpb0936
Our team is working to fix the issue where shipments delivered on time but that were not picked up by customers on time impact your OTDR. We have continued to share updates with our partner team, and are aware that there are cases where "available for pickup" shipments are still counted on the OTDR report.
Your best next step is to submit an appeal to seller support.
