sales are not stable some day i get 6 sales and some days no sales

so i want to ask that what should i do to rank my product do reviews really matter in private label like i have more than 100 sales some customers are repeat customers but they dont leave review so should i enroll in vine or not and what are best ways to rank your product organically on first page
