I’m facing an issue with my Amazon seller account verification. The address verification code has been stuck in "preparing" status for the past 14 days, despite two attempts. Now, I only have one final attempt left to complete the process.
To make matters worse, my account is deactivated due to this issue, even though it’s not my fault. I’m concerned about how long it will take to resolve this. If the process takes over a week, will my store remain deactivated the entire time?
I’ve already opened a case with support (Case ID: 16932357341), but the issue remains unresolved.
Please prioritize resolving this issue.

I was able to work with our partner teams about your situation and from what I am seeing, you have a postcard on the way with an estimated delivery date of today 12/31/24. Could you please let me know if you do receive it today or if you already have it in your possession?
