My account was deactivated for 11 Months. It was deactivated last year, March 14, 2024, and reactivated this year, March 03, 2025. My concern is that when I tried to file a claim now the Amazon selling partner support always says that the claim was outside the window of 60-day eligibility reimbursement. How can I file a claim earlier if my account was deactivated? It was not written in the Amazon reimbursement policy that when you're account was deactivated, you cannot file a claim for the misplaced items of the Amazon FC. Amazon should evaluate the concern and not just base its policy; it should also consider the situation of the seller.
