my account is currently having limited access to Amazon selling services. When i click on reactivate account i submitted my license and bank statement so my registration went under account review the account review When i click on case log the page it takes you to says error this is not a valid case for my store. can someone from the identification department contact me so I can speak to the to get the accurate step by step help to resolve this issue because when I call customer service they say they can't help with my issues because they don't have access to the part of my account.
