Hello fellow sellers!
I am a new seller, and my account has been disabled. Amazon then requested a utility bill to verify the information. I submitted the utility bill as per Amazon's requirements, but it was still rejected. Until now, Amazon has not responded to my requests anymore. What should I do now?
Thank you!

The bill has to match name and address EXACTLY as to what you used to sign up with. John Smith 123 Rd, is not the same as John Smith 123 Road.
Hello @Seller_eFd0SRQsPSZOp,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
I see that as a new seller, you have been asked to go through the seller identity verification process and you would like some guidance as to why your utility bill has not been accepted.
To address this type of deactivation you must submit ONE of the following documents...
--a utility bill for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service (dated in the last 90 days with you name and address visible that matches your name and address in seller central)
OR
--a business license
Please ensure that the service bill you submit meets the document requirements in the seller identity help page I included above. If you do not have a service bill that meets our requirements or that can be verified, a business license will be required to complete the verification.
Since there seems to be a mismatch with your utility bill and the business address in seller central, do you have any of the other bills I listed above to submit instead? Since it has been several days since your last reply, can you share what you have submitted recently and what the outcome was?
I look forward to learning more and guiding you further. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
