On 11/21 our regular disbursement/transfer did not happen and received an email from Amazon saying we need to re-assign our bank account to our Amazon USA account. When we try, see the weird error message; "

Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action."

Contacted seller support, have been trying to find the reason with them, no success. Our funds are still stuck at our Amazon account.

Any thoughts?

Today on a post we saw a few other sellers complaining about a similar issue due to loan transfers between Amazon Lending's new partners. Around same time, 19th or 20th of November our loan from Marcus got transferred to Uncapped.

Any other sellers experiencing same issue?
