When will the compliance documents be reviewed?
Hello,
After we submitted the compliance documents, the status has remained "under review". Our products are about to arrive in the USA.The case ID is 17441487951.
Can anyone help? Our products need to pass the review so that they can be approved, and then we can start selling them.

appeal after 7 days if the file you uploaded is still under review, stating "the submission period is more than 7 days"

I know this can be increasingly frustrating given the impact it has had on your ability to sell this specific product, so I did work with another team to get more information on the review. From the communication shared, it does appear a response was provided on 4/8 regarding the approval of your product. I would ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the product to go back up on the platform.
