Read onlyI am writing to bring immediate attention to an ongoing issue regarding pending payments from Amazon. We opened cases and talked with Accout Health managers, however, we are not getting any clear answers which brought me to open a discussion here in the Amazon Forum.
Since March 2024, we have not received any payments, and the balance continues to grow, now nearing $530,000. Despite repeated inquiries, we have not been provided with a clear explanation for the payment delays.
To summarize our most recent efforts:
On November 11, Amazon requested we complete the verification process within 72 hours. We complied promptly, yet there has been no update.
On November 25, we followed up and were informed that our issue was marked as a "Priority Case" and would be resolved within 24-72 hours. Unfortunately, we are still awaiting resolution.
When contacting the Account Health team, we were assured our account complies with Amazon's policies and is in good standing. However, we were directed to contact the Seller Support team for payment-related matters. Seller Support, in turn, advised us that the case is being transferred to another team. This back-and-forth leaves us with no clear point of contact or accountability.
We kindly request the following:
A direct and actionable update on the status of our payments.
Identification of the responsible team handling this case and a contact person for further correspondence.
A timeline for when we can expect the issue to be resolved.
We ask that you avoid standard responses regarding payment schedules or account-level reserves, as they do not address the root of the issue. Given the significant financial impact, we urge Amazon to prioritize this matter and provide a clear resolution at the earliest opportunity.
