Read onlyA customer requested expedited shipping. We shipped the item Via Priority and got It there within the shipping window. The customer claims they were shown a guaranteed delivery date before checkout and then an estimated delivery date after they completed check out. The customer is now dissatisfied that they paid extra for expedited shipping, and didn’t receive the item on they day they were "guaranteed ". Has this happened to anyone else? Am i responsible for refunding the expedited shipping cost out of my own pocket? Thoughts?
There is no guaranteed delivery date for Expedited shipping. Period.
To avoid negative feedback, and possible A-Z Claim, refund the different the postage; as a gesture of good will.
