Hello,
We are in desperate need of support. Our account is pending deactivation for false Intellectual Property claims made by a rival seller. We have submitted an extremely detailed appeal multiple times, each time adding more relevant information. However, we keep receiving generic automated responses that keep asking for the same information over and over again. Can someone please help ASAP. Our Complaint ID: 17205660471.
What other information are they looking for?

THIS may be part of the problem --
IF you are given another chance to appeal think SMALL.
Short sentences
Bullet points
SMALL WORDS that someone reading it can understand when English is NOT their primary language.
AND, Amazon does NOT want to hear what you WILL DO.
They want to be told what you HAVE DONE already.
Treat Amazon like a three year old -- short sentences, small words and bullet points.
You will be dealing with people who have SOME English but it is most likely NOT their primary language.
Additionally, regarding the meat of the issue -- do you have an LOA from the brand involved?
Like @Seller_kIukTwdhvntApsaid, if you are selling another brand and do not have a Letter of Authorization then you can't prove they are legitimate products and need to provide one from the brand owner (not a distributor, they can not authorize you to sell someone else's products on Amazon).
If you do have an LOA, can you post the response you are getting and remove personal information?
Hello @Seller_KmpaYOToQM3Xt,
Thank you for posting your concerns with an intellectual property complaint.
I do appreciate you posting your complaint ID. Looking over the situation I do understand how stressful it can be to only receive general response when providing detailed information. So I could offer the best guidance I had reached out to verify your recent appeal and was informed it was accepted a few hours ago and alleviating the account being at risk of deactivation.
If you have any additional concerns with your account or need more guidance on a situation, please follow up with your situation so I can assist further.
Emet.
