Received many malicious NON-VP negative review every week!!!! What should i do???

We sincerely apologize for bothering you, but we are currently suffering from a seriously malicious attack involving non-verified purchase (NON-VP) negative reviews.
We have been receiving many malicious NON-VP negative reviews every week. Today we received 7 reviews are posted on the same day for the same product again, even for our new listings. We are extremely concerned and need help! Could you kindly assist us?

The account you are posting this from is the one for the Canada market which I do not see a problem there.
I, also, do not see these malicious reviews reflected on the USA market. This is why I would request that you post a Case ID for the moderators to look into because all of this looks confusing and I anticipate you would not receive the help you are looking for with the information you provided.
