Account deactivated due to inactivity and stuck on invalid charge method.

My account has been deactivated due to inactivity, however I have been fairly active on the account. It seems impossible to reactivate as along with this, it is telling me my charge method is invalid. However, I have been using the same credit card for months with no issue and I have already been charged the 40 dollars for this month while somehow being deactivated for inactivity. I cannot reverify my account as it just automatically redirects me to invalid charge method, even though I have already been charged. Would like help with this.

Are you using a valid credit card (not a debit card)? A debit card will work for fees, but you need a valid cc to list/sell on Amazon.

Hi @Seller_VZZJKILT9FynO

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

Make sure the name, card number and address + zip code matches with your billing address. If there were any changes to it that could result in the invalid charge error.

You can also try to reach out to Discover directly, as they may have flagged the card and rejected the verification charge on their end.

If that doesn't apply to you, you will need to add a new credit card on file. All accepted credit cards are listed on this page.

I hope this helps,

Connor
