Recently I have been trying to list a name brand item. The ASIN is B0CCNJLRR2. But every time I try and add the product to my store it tells me that the product is generic and I need to create my own listing. The error code that pops up is 5855. I know this is false since the product is non generic. I had to get brand approval from SOLELY, the brand that makes this product in order to sell it. Hoping I can get some help.
