My brand registry was revoked almost two years ago. After reading some threads here and the advice from @Jim_Amazon I decided to post here and ask for help.

I have access to my brand registry but Amazon revoked my ability to register new brands.

Before you ask, yes, I made the mistake of using the complaint tool to report sellers selling stolen products from one specific lot#. We did test buys and all the products were from that lot number.

Anyway, it got to a point where the Brand Registry blocked us from doing anything, reports, or registering new brands because they don't consider this a trademark violation, it was an honest mistake on my part, I was just trying to protect our partner, and stop those sellers from selling stolen goods.

There is an appeal option but it says we only have one chance to appeal, so I was afraid of appealing, I did not know what would happen.

Now our clients must have their own accounts, and do all registration through their accounts, and we are just resellers of their products. But some brands don't want to go through the hassle of opening an account, doing all the registrations, etc. We lost a few brands, brands that were not in the catalog at all, so basically it was a loss to everybody, to us, to Amazon, and the brand that lost the opportunity to open a new market.

Do you have any advice? Anything you can do to help?
