Read onlyI sell beauty products that are not prescription drugs and all of a sudden one of my products was misidentified as a prescription drug that contains bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate. Our products do not contains bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate or any other prescription-only drug ingredient.
Amazon asked to upload images of a packaging containing the list of ingredients to the detail page. I did that and additionally I sent them SDS sheet with all the ingredients.
Within 10 minutes I received a response saying: "We are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time.... Recommended changes to be done: Please upload an image of the product’s packaging that clearly displays its ingredient list to the product detail page. Please note that the ingredient list should be on the product packaging."
I am wondering if anyone even check the newly uploaded IMG? Did the detail page even update in 10 minutes?
How can I address this issue if they keep getting back with the same response to upload ingredient list to the listing?
Please help, caseID: 15743271101
I am experiencing the same issue and have provided photos and evidence showing that my active product does not contain these ingredients, yet my appeal has been denied
Same thing here uploaded all the packaging side by side showing ingredients and still amazon is going back and forth saying need to upload it I hope somebody can help.
The same thing happened to me on a Avon Glimmer eyebrow pencil. I uploaded, and was denied on my appeal as well. The item was removed, but there are several other colors of the same item that had no issues. I also have had my account shut down this week for allegedly listing an item evasively. I literally offered 1 unit of a vitamin type product and it was not on an ASIN that i created. The ASIN had no issues when I listed and sold the single unit over 4 months ago, and now they shut my account down. These bots or whatever they are using are ridiculous and disgusting.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Double check to make sure that your images are actually updating in the system.
I deleted all my existing images and uploaded the ones they requested and hit save. When I checked later in the day and 24 hours later the images did not save and were not uploaded. I have been requesting assistance for 10 days now without any answers through customer support or open cases.
ohhhhhh you may be in for a nightmare ....if the other listings for the same brand and don't have all images with ingredients then they will all start to be taken down for sake reason over time .
I am dealing with this and a drug the brand has never contained, ever.
Help a client in the skincare world. We had the same issue. Solved it by uploading an image of the ingredient list to the PDP and submitted the ingredients into the ingredients field within the listing in seller central. Sent required documents. Solved the problem.
Yeah, same issue on my listings. This appears to be the new "Seeds" bot scam from Amabots.
Big Glitch!!
A lot of people having this issue with new violations daily on a LOT of products.
Here’s my post.

I have one product that got this same notice and it doesn't have the substance in it. Has anyone successfully gotten an appeal approved and if so, how did you do it?
