Restricted Product violation PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I received an Restricted Products Policy Violation on one of my ASINS, and the listing was removed. I don't really care about the listing, just the violation on my account. I revised the listing many times to remove anything that might provoke amazon's system to flag the listing.

It is very very difficult to edit the listing because the LISTING is inactive. When i submit the appeal, the seller appeals team is looking at the outdated old information on the page. I asked multiple times for them to look at the new contribution and then i get hit with a canned copy and pasted response.

I really need help because now policy violations are posted against the account health.

Someone in amazon please help me out.

As mentioned there was a restricted product policy violation, can you offer more information surrounding your concern? Can you post your ASIN and the related case. This will help us look into your situation the related policy and offer guidance or next steps.

Although you are not too worried about the listing, these two are intertwined and the resolution of one will typically resolve the other. This would require the resolution of the policy violation as a whole. Another option may be offered such a an acknowledgement path, if taken and accepted by amazon, the ASIN will be permanently removed from your account and the violation removed. Any related FBA inventory you have will be disposed of at your expense. Once we have more information on the subject we can provide more guidance.

Here is the case ID 15954050001

Amazon mentions a link to an old image that is not on the asin anymore. For me to get reinstate they need to look at the current information on the page. Of course it's hard to push changes through because the asin is inactive.

Looking over the situation, this was due to the labeling of the product stating that you can obtain vitamin B12 from a patch.

A note from the case ID itself:

This product has been identified as a body patch making prohibited claims. Amazon prohibits the sale or listing of patches that claim to detoxify the body, cause weight loss, or provide vitamins or minerals to the body. Please note that if the claims are on the product labeling, there may not be a path to reinstatement.

Upon review of the listing and images found in the case, as the claim is on the product packaging the ASIN will no longer be eligible for reactivation and per the instructions provided in this case you will need to ensure the product does not violate our policy including any labeling or functionality and create a new listing.

If the product has been reformulated, relabeled, or otherwise altered, please create a new ASIN. A substantially different product requires a new ASIN.

The information provided was not exactly transparent, but they were trying to advise this product cannot be reinstated due to the image they shared in the case, and advising that a new product listing would be needed after meeting the above mentioned requirements. Even if the images were removed or updated, the ASIN cannot be reactivated at this time.

Thank you for the detailed breakdown. You've been more of a help in the last 2 months than any of these reps.

The image they provided , which is the slightly old packaging, they mentioned that the claim was "Supply vitamins"

However, vitamin is stated on the heading and the word "60 day supply" is on another, which indicates how much units is inside the box for the customers knowledge. This does not warrant the claim "Supply vitamins"

This is an obvious error on amazon's part and i wish to explain this to them in detail, but they keep giving me the same responses over and over. We made slight changes to the packaging exactly to address this issue.

This product has been identified as a body patch making prohibited claims. Amazon prohibits the sale or listing of patches that claim to detoxify the body, cause weight loss, or provide vitamins or minerals to the body. Please note that if the claims are on the product labeling, there may not be a path to reinstatement.

At this time and as previously stated this ASIN will remain deactivated and has no ability to be reinstated at this time. The product images, listing details, keywords all show that this is a Vitamin B-12 patch. This is in direct violation of what is allowed on amazon as previously stated. As this is a product that is a patch used for vitamins or minerals, this ASIN and product is not eligible for sale on amazon. At this stage I cannot offer any additional support on the topic as this team has made a final decision.
