Hi All - We Really Need some Help - We cannot Speak to Amazon???
We are quite a good small business on Amazon and have been for years - However Amazon have changed our buy shipping settings back to Evri and DPD - We cannot use RoyalMail as our items are too big so for most Prime orders we always use DPD who collect from us six days a week but recently our only choice by Amazon is to use Evri - This is where the problem starts - the labels we print off cannot be used when we drop them off as the labels generated by Amazon are for collection only - I have spoke to Evri and they will not collect from us because we do not ship enough for them - they know we should have the drop off label and are looking into this for us - I have told Amazon we should have the drop off label but I cannot speak to any one and they just say please buy shipping - Well Amazon we would always buy shipping if we could as it is easier for us
Any Ideas as we have now been suspended from the Prime Badge despite doing nothing wrong///

I am confused with the sentence below. Before, you used DPD, but right now DPD doesn't appear as an option for Buy Shipping. Is that correct?
Also, could you share the case ID that you opened with Seller Support?

Additionally, I see that your Plan of action was accepted and you got back your Prime badge. Could you confirm it for me ?
