We were selling just fine in the Pet Supplies Category, and all of a sudden, we couldn’t even edit our listings or send inventory to FBA. When we tried to resolve this, Amazon asked us to request approval to sell. However, when we clicked Request Approval, we immediately got a message saying that applications are not being accepted at this time—without any option to proceed, submit documents, or request further review.
Our brand is enrolled in Brand Registry and we have a strong seller rating. We also fully comply with Amazon’s policies and requirements, so this sudden restriction is unexpected.We contacted Seller Support, but they provided the same response—that applications are not being accepted—without offering any alternative steps.
Could you please review Case ID: 17431914271 and let us know if there is any way to request a manual review or if there are other options available? We have attached all certifications and other documents that might be needed for review in the case.
