Why only priority legal flat rate envelope and not reg priority flat rate envelop ?
To send a cd priority I am only given the choice of a Legal Priority flat rate or a padded priority flat rate. What happeded to the reg priority flatrate envelpe? I made sure the dimensions were correct. There is no need for a legal size and they cost more. What is up?
