Read onlyI am a new seller and on my very first shipment to the FBA, Amazon lost over half my inventory. I filed the case, followed instructions, sent them all the shipping info, tracking IDs, proof of ownership, etc. They have now twice closed my case without resolution because they say my documentation was insufficient. How can my documentation be insufficient when I provided all of the listed requirements? What are they looking for in order to reimburse me? It seems like they’re using lack of documentation as an excuse not to pay me.
