Product Restriction - electrical equipment that may not be in compliance with Canadian electrical codes and product safety regulations
We are selling adapters of electric vehicles in Amazon Canada, product detail page were removed and the listing was restricted.
However, the case can't be solved and listing can't be reinstate even we have submitted the product certificate from SGS, Amazon keep rejecting our appeal by the following standard reply:
Your listings do not meet our standards. Refer to the following details:
This product has been identified as electrical equipment that may not be in compliance with Canadian electrical codes and product safety regulations. Products that do not meet Canadian safety standards cannot be listed on Amazon.ca. This listing requires additional information before it can be reinstated. Specifically, additional information must show that the product has been evaluated and certified by an accredited field evaluation agency or has obtained product certification from an accredited certification agency. For the most recent list of recognized certification and field evaluation marks, as well as Certification Body and Inspection Body information, please visit the Electrical Product Safety Section of "esasafe.com".
Anyone know how to solve this?

Maybe they are looking for a UL certification. It is very difficult to deal with Amazon when it comes to regulations; they overdue everything but on the other hand, have no idea what they are actually doing.
We sell a USB programming adapter for a certain kind of Internet-of-things WiFi modules, and Amazon rejected every appeal and banned this adapter because they think it is a radio frequency device without certification.
It looks like the computer is doing all the thinking at Amazon, and no human has the power to amend a decision made by AI.

Thank you for your reply. I did some research and it seems the ASIN has been restricted by our Legal team. At the moment there is no path for reinstatement.
