GTI exemption after changing packaging

I have recently changed my packaging and no longer use UPC codes on my product. I can't edit my product listings because it can't confirm the UPC listed, because I don't have them anymore. I got one flavor GTI exempt, because I had to delete it and re-add because of another issue, but the other two I can't figure out how to get the exemption. Can I submit to be GTI exempt for these 2 flavors so that I can edit information on the pages? I can send the needed photos.

So, in fact, this is considered as ANOTHER product and you have to create a new listing.

Btw. why don't you use anymore the UPC? That is an open door for hijackers on YOUR listing or take over of your listing! You don't need to print the UPC on the package even if you have one.

Hi @Seller_Fx9G5A4vOG7ch,

Thanks for reaching out. Once you have applied a UPC to a listing, you cannot change it. You will be required to create a new ASIN per the Detail Page Rules policy under the section for editing detail pages.

I hope this is helpful!

Michelle
