Amazon fulfilled (FBA) shipped damaged product to the customer (the protection seal compromised). The customer wrote a review that he received damaged product, which violates the Amazon Community Guidelines under 'Product condition and damage' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GLHXEX85MENUE4XF).
I've contacted Amazon community help, however they were not helpful.
