Deactivated Account Product
Hello,
My supplement was deactivated due to compliance. Basically, my product doesn't list certain ingredients that Amazon requires. The lab we use said we can request that Amazon test our product. The said that this is a common issue with supplements but after testing, I will be able to list my product.
Has anyone had this experience? I'm not even sure how to go about requesting our supplement be tested.

It is a requirement for all supplement products that they have been tested and show the ingredients of the product. Additionally, the product detail page for the listing should include a list of ingredients in the product images. We would recommend uploading images of all sides of the packaging as this would be the easiest way to maintain compliance.
For testing the product, we would recommend reviewing our service provider network to choose the best laboratory for you. Once you have the required information, you can attempt to appeal once more.
