Late Shipment Rate Causes Buy Box to Be Lost
Hello Sellers,
I have some orders that are shipped on time from the warehouse, but there is a problem with the computer in my warehouse, which results in the order not being updated in time and the tracking information not being uploaded, causing the late shipment of this order. my shop buy box is lost, my store no orders. my company is going bankrupt. I would like to ask if there is any way to remedy this late shipment rate of orders?

in short, no, you’ll have to wait 30 days or so for those orders to leave the late shipment metric window

I think a lot of other sellers will echo this, but while Amazon may be your primary source of income, don't ever let it be your ONLY source of income.
At any minute, Amazon could come along and trash your account, either due to multiple frivalous IP complaints, apparently being overpriced (according to Amazon), random ingredients or components being no longer permitted, GTIN numbers expiring on GS1, needing to upload more and more documents to prove who you are and where your business is based....
Recently Ive had some Krupps Dolce Gusto coffee machines get de-listed and I'm somehow meant to get a letter from Dolce gusto confirming their affiliation with Krupps (Group Seb), this is despite Amazon actually selling competitor listings for this exact same brand collaboration, Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machines... Dont see them delisting their own products....

Maybe the product has too many sellers competing? My LDR is around 75% and I have the buy box on plenty of products.
