Amazon is not taking any responsibility around 8 to 10 orders have been canceled not a single easy-ship order has been picked up from my store I'm not getting any proper answer from your team they told me that we can't connect directly with easy-ship. Because of this, I have kept my listing inactive. I can't do anything once I get an order from a customer no one will come for pickup and that order will get canceled again after that I have to follow up with your team same procedure will go on every single order no one is resolving it.
