Today I asked customer service about issues related to promotion code display priority. Customer service gave me a link to the help page about promotion code priority settings, but the latest version does not have priority settings.
Amazon has two problems here:
1. The version has been updated, but the help page has not been updated.
2. Customer service has no idea what the latest features of the Amazon seller system are. It is a waste of our time to let sellers figure it out on their own.
