Seller Fulfilled Prime Suspension - case submitted but no response

Hi there

Our SFP account got suspended due to some recent courier issues but have put all the necessary remedies in place to get the ban lifted. Submitted a case but no response from Amazon. The POA button on the dashboard is not visible anymore.

Does anyone know what I can do here? Any tips and tricks very welcome!

Having SFP during peak season is business critical for us.
