I have a pair of sunglasses that were active when I first sent it to FBA. Since then, somebody changed the title to some kind of helmet. Now, Amazon has determined that the item is a Dangerous Goods.

I have wenbt back and forth about this with FBA 50 times and they always send form letter saying to edit the listing. Of course, I have edited all the details but they refuse to update since Im not the original owner. Then I said I just want to remove it to sell elsewhere. but because they have designated as DG, they are saying I can not remove them.

So what am I supposed to do? They are holding my item hostage and they will eventually destroy the items? Whats sunglass have to do with battery? How can sunglasses be dangerous goods? How do I remove this?
