I purchased a total of 24 items—23 of the same ASIN for whey protein and one broth—through 3 or 4 orders on the supplier website, which I sent to a prep company. They informed me that they shipped the 24 units in two separate shipments: one containing 12 units of whey protein and another with 11 units of protein and the broth. However, Amazon's tracking indicates that one shipment shows 24 units instead of 12, while the other remains in transit, with UPS reporting they haven't received the package yet. It seems that either preparation company combined everything into one box or there was a mix-up with UPS or Amazon. Now, Amazon is asking for proof of ownership for 35 units, which is confusing since I only purchased 24. When I reached out to the prep company for clarification, their service was rude and unhelpful, and they refuse to do further business with me, even though they still hold some of my units that I cannot list due to my account being deactivated and even i was trying to apologize at the beginning because i didnt have a clear situation.
Then amazon has deactivated my account stating this “your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement Why did this happen?.We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.”
I really need to work with Amazon. Probably the prep center mixed up things but I swear I won’t be buying from the same supplier and I won’t be using that prep center.
I need help with this. Should I contact Amazon legal team? How?

Legal isn't going to do anything. Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
