Read onlyWe’ve been waiting over five days for action against multiple unauthorized sellers listing fake versions of our product under our brand-registered name.
We confirmed this by ordering one of their products—it is NOT our product. These counterfeit listings are not only stealing sales but also damaging our brand’s reputation by misleading customers. Additionally, they are selling at a price that is impossible without taking a loss, which further suggests fraudulent activity. These sellers are actively violating our trademark and infringing on our intellectual property rights.
Our products are branded and trademarked, yet despite having Brand Registry, we are facing delays in enforcement. Why is this taking so long?
This should to be escalated/addressed immediately. Counterfeit products violate Amazon’s policies, and continued inaction puts both our brand and customers at risk. Please take urgent action.
We would appreciate your assistance with this matter, as it is causing harm to both our brand and Amazon customers. These sellers are not only listing products under our brand name and infringing on our intellectual property, but they are also selling counterfeit products that are subpar and not tested. We have ordered from each of them and have photos as proof.
Additionally, all of these sellers have one-star reviews, with some customers reporting that they never even received their orders. We have filed IP infringement reports that got immediately denied, we filed appeals on each one providing photos but we haven't received any responses and our listing is still affected.
We would greatly appreciate prompt attention to this issue and are happy to provide photos and any other necessary documentation to restore our listing.
Thank you,

Hello there @Seller_ZiQSbbuwVRf1F
Since you've already completed the test buy step of this process, please report this through Report Abuse under "Products received are different than the description on the detail page".
With the product being different than what's represented on the detail page, it is technically not a counterfeit a more so a selling violation. Once you submit that, please send me the complaint ID that gets generated!

The forums are designed to control information. Which is why I, comically, do not see the right answer on this thread.
I looked up your ASIN and your trademark (Feels Like Om).
The rules of Amazon China are different from Amazon USA. This is why Amazon China is mobile only.
Rather than stay in their market, some Chinese sellers opt to extend their counterfeiting efforts to the USA market. At that point, only proper procedure can remove them. Your trademark is not registered yet, which is why you cannot forcefully remove these sellers. You must complete a test buy with each seller and report their offer as copyright infringement.
I know its annoying but its your only option due to the pending trademark. Once its registered, the process becomes much easier.
