Additional Place of business
Hello people
I want to add 2 additional place of business to my GST (tamil nadu). Does anyone know how long it takes for the ARN process to be completed at GST side ? Thankyou

It takes three days to a week. Subject to the Officer not requiring additional information.

Its been more than 15 working days and no updates watsoever.

Check status in GST portal. Perhaps, IO is asking for clarification.
In my experience, having done that four times in WB, it never took more than a week.
If you are using GST consultant, ask him to give a visit to the concerned GST officer. I don't know what type of lubricant is needed in TN for govt work. Never had to use any in WB for this purpose.

Yup, checking it once in 3 hours for the last 2.5 weeks, still halted at STAGE 1 - ARN generated, pending for processing (you now theres 4 stages) all this time, no messages no clarification, NOTHING. I just want to know if its normal because I got my GST in a week but adding core fields in it takes long, which is worrying me.
