Hi,
I feel ashamed to be a seller on Amazon, the most corrupt platform.
My account got deactivated without selling any item. I have listed any item, but no units sold, and Amazon states I'm selling counterfeit products.
I'm selling in a gated category. Amazon itself approved my invoices and allowed me to sell. After 10 days, amazon has issues with my product's authenticity. The same invoice which got approved by Amazon is rejected by Amazon after 10 days.
WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING PLATFORM OR FANTASTIC SYSTEM.
You can be suspended at any minute for nothing if a bot incorrectly thinks you did something wrong; once the bot accuses you.
And I can't get removal inventory option because of no reason Amazon believes I'm selling fake products.
You're not "ungated" you were giving tentative permission assuming you had all the necessary letters of authorization to specifically sell on amazon as well as invoices from a wholesale source, not receipts.
It doesn't matter if you actually sold the item, you listed it with intent to sell.
They also can not return counterfeit goods to you by law. And if you made the mistake of sending in products that are known to end amazon careers like Nike you brought this on yourself by not doing your homework as a business owner.
Doing Retail Arbitrage is no longer viable on amazon. Every name brand has locked their products to keep random people from selling them. There are multiple websites that will tell you all the many brands you can't sell. IF you make the mistake of listing one of these brands anyway its only a matter of time until the Ai catches you. When they do, amazon will confiscate all your money and products and you're one per lifetime amazon account will be permanently closed.
Hello @Seller_PbM7BecB3HblN
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been attempting to address. I understand that you have not sold any products, but our team has requested documentation to review the supply chain. As mentioned by @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx, our team does assume intent to sell the product when listed in your inventory.
I understand that you had invoices that had been previously reviewed by our team, was this the only information requested from you? Have they requested anything additional after the invoices? How are you sourcing your product?
We will require more information regarding your situation and the actions taken. If you have any specific case information or other details you would like to share for review, we do encourage you to provide it here to this thread.
Best,
Atlas
