Why is my account showing a negative balance and i have over 1800 in my deferred account? When will this negative balance go away?

I am writing to express my concern regarding a serious issue with my account balance. Previously, I had a positive balance of +$3,234. However, on June 7, 2024, my Amazon account was unexpectedly charged -$3,234, with the transaction listed simply as 'other'.

I have opened cases to address this matter for a week, but thus far, Amazon support has not replied to me or provided any clear explanation for this charge. I am deeply concerned and worried about this situation. I urgently request a detailed explanation of the charge that led to this zero balance and an immediate resolution of this issue to prevent the incorrect charge from being processed.

I am a relatively new seller on Amazon and the payment dashboard is extremely confusing to me. My total balance shows a positive balance of $776.83, however, net proceeds shows a negative balance of -139.68 and a statement that I will be charged for this amount in 7 days? Why would I be charged when I have positive funds available in total balance? And I'm completely confused why I'm being charged 139.68.

Can someone please help me make sense of this?
