Read onlyAs many of you have known already, For certain categories like clothing and jewelry are shown a reduced image ( non-zoomable ) on amazon.
What's fascinating that some unknown drop shipper could clone your listing, hot linking the images on amazon server( the original image you uploaded ) gets a full resolution image display, on other market places. Using the same amazon backend resources, yet amazon is refuse to display full resolution on it's own market place to benefit the seller who created the listing.
Mind blown isn't it.
Not really. If there is a will there is a way.
Hi there @Seller_COxHjSHk6Vauk,
I'm sorry you have concerns regarding your images being used to create new ASINs. If you are seeing another seller list products under a new ASIN with your images you should be able to report the violation. In general the Zoom functionality is only eligible for images with at least 1000 pixels, so it may be that the images being provided have over 1000 pixels.
If you have a specific example you are requesting assistance on, please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and I will see what escalation options I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
