Read onlyI received a restricted product policy violation for ASIN B005UZ2A7Q. It is a GE light bulb, pack of 3. I sent in information but have been told to update the product detail page. I've been trying to speak with someone at Amazon regarding this but I keep getting referred to another department that is impossible to get in touch with. They say "wait time over 1 hour" which I am willing to wait but when I press the call button, it disconnects me.
The situation is that I have closed and deleted the item from my inventory. Also, there is no longer a listing anywhere on Amazon for this product. I have tried to tell Amazon that I cannot update the detail page because the detail page does not exist.
I'm being told that I have to create a new item (which will not have the same ASIN) and update the detail page. I tried to explain that if this is a restricted product, how can a new listing be created. I don't know who else to speak with and am frustrated. It seems to me that since absolutely no one is selling this ASIN, the restricted product policy violation should be removed.
Any advice or anyone have a way to contact someone at Amazon that can help?
