Looking for a mod who can help with this since seller support told me to simply send them the same item (which will be incorrect again)
original order ID 113-6314102-4497002 - replacement order ID 113-0203064-1972242
Customer claimed we sent small instead of X-Large and a replacement order was automatically created.
The original order shows the customer ordered small - we sent the customer the correct item as they stated in the customer comments section of the return that they received a size small. We attempted to message the customer explaining this but they have not replied.
Can we get the pending order removed - it will also be for a small since that is what the customer ordered. In addition, can we get any defects removed from our account, if any.
People order wrong all the time and insist they didn't. I just had a customer order TWO separate orders on another platform, both in Violet Glitter, and then left me NEGATIVE FEEDBACK saying I sent them.... VIOLET GLITTER instead of "Gloss Black" The 2 are NOWHERE near each other on the drop down lists... just as I'm sure XL is nowhere near Small for you.
Amazon sees this as a You problem, and likely won't do anything to help. is this FBA or FBM? If it's FBM you should of been able to cancel the replacement order. You'll take a temp cancel hit for a few days, but worth it to cancel. Just accept a return on the original order and cancel replacement if its FBM. If it's FBA, I can't offer advice.
For my customer, I even messaged them BEFORE I shipped their order asking if they intended to place 2 orders, asking if it was ok to combine the shipping and I'd give them a discount and included the order details including the color they chose (other platform allows for combined shipping). They replied that they had multiple mixers they wanted to apply the stickers to and combining was fine. You cannot win with some people. At least I got a response. I get maybe 1 out of 10 people to respond to me here even when they message me first.
