Shipment to BNA6 delivered and accepted, now shows going through customs onto a boat?!
Below are the tracking events for an LTL shipment we sent to BNA6. We are in the US. This is US inventory meant for the US Marketplace. Shipment shows it arrived at the Fulfilment center on 10/8/24. We've been waiting for the inventory to be received and become sellable. I know it's peak season, but it feels like it's been a while so we check tracking and see this...
It already arrived at the FC on 10/8/24! Why are there now tracking updates saying it went through customs and is getting ready to go on a boat!? WHY would this be at a port and going on a boat?!
Seller support won't help. They just say they can't reconcile anything until February of 2025. (After Christmas!)

It's now 11/12 and there have been no further updates to tracking.
I know it's peak season and shipments can take longer to check in. But it is extremely concerning that this is showing it went through customs and is on a "vessel" at a "port."
This is US inventory for the US marketplace. If it has been loaded onto a boat by mistake, it needs to come off! Like... immediately!
Seller Support continues to just blow me off and they tell me to wait until February 2025.
