It already arrived at the FC on 10/8/24! Why are there now tracking updates saying it went through customs and is getting ready to go on a boat!? WHY would this be at a port and going on a boat?!
Seller support won't help. They just say they can't reconcile anything until February of 2025. (After Christmas!)

It's now 11/12 and there have been no further updates to tracking.
I know it's peak season and shipments can take longer to check in. But it is extremely concerning that this is showing it went through customs and is on a "vessel" at a "port."
This is US inventory for the US marketplace. If it has been loaded onto a boat by mistake, it needs to come off! Like... immediately!
Seller Support continues to just blow me off and they tell me to wait until February 2025.
