ASIN Inactive Due to Defective Claims

Hi @Michelle_Amazonand team. I need your help, please.

We have one of our top-selling ASINs currently inactive due to defective claims.

We submitted a detailed appeal addressing each point raised by Amazon and completed a bin check (Case ID 15826762131).

I understand that you also need the factory invoice, preferably showing it paid in full. We currently do not have that document, but do have wire transfer records showing payment made. Should we submit these documents in the meantime while we wait for the factory to issue us an invoice showing the balance paid in full?

I placed a removal order to inspect 3 units, but that is pending.

Is there anything else we need to do? Our ASIN has been inactive all week.

Thank you!

What you need is invoices for all units listed and sold in the last 360 days and they need to show the orders "shipped" how could you sell something that has not even shipped.

Hello @Seller_4Z6YicYIm8CKk,

Thank you for posting your concerns with a defective complaint that resulted in the listings removal.

This particular concern cannot be addressed with a bin check as defective products cannot be confirmed with a visual review. These checks are good for situations associated with wrong item complaints as an example, as we can then confirm your inventory, but be aware all situations still require supporting information.

As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI we will require valid sourcing documents as mentioned in our responsible sourcing help page. Wire transfers do not show proof of exactly what was purchased, this is why we required valid invoices that meet our requirements. Why are there no sourcing documents for these products? If these documents cannot be provided as required, we cannot guarantee the reactivation of your ASIN.

You will need valid invoices to confirm these products were sourced from a brand authorized supplier to confirm the quality of products you received. Additionally, when you purchase these products. do you receive them prior to shipping them to the fulfillment center? Does your supplier ship them directly to the fulfillment center? How exactly do you verify the quality of these products?

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
