What is Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)?
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment is a third-party logistics solution that enables you to leverage Amazon’s fulfillment network and expertise to pick, pack, and deliver orders from all your ecommerce channels.
MCF Standard speed now delivers products in 3 business days, and MCF fast badges allows you to show the estimated delivery date to your shoppers on Google ads and your DTC website, allowing you to increase shopper engagement and conversion. This is how you can Go faster and Grow Faster with MCF. Be sure to tune into the Ask Amazon session to learn more, and understand how the speed and reliability of MCF can transform your business across channels

Note: We cannot provide legal advice or otherwise interpret regulatory requirements on situations that are specific to individual sellers.
It’s a major problem when Amazon doesn't provide photo proof of delivery for MCF orders, especially when buyers claim they didn’t receive their package. Amazon already does this for their own products—why not for MCF orders too?
In a recent case, Amazon demanded we prove non-delivery, insisting the package was delivered to the porch. Fortunately, the buyer had a Ring camera and was cooperative, but we nearly lost $450 due to incorrect delivery.
Photo proof is crucial for these situations. Why treat MCF differently? The same drivers deliver these packages, right (unless other carrier is specified)?
How come requesting that packages ship with Signature on Delivery is not an option? For high-value items, this is crucial.
Which apps/sites allow MCF for their products?
I recently had an issue with a new product launch that's fulfilled through Amazon MCF - however support was non-existent. I waited 4-5 days and support was never able to help me and I was lucky to have found the solution myself. But this killed the momentum of my launch - Is there going to be some improved support channel for MCF? Emailing the Amazon MCF app team also gets you nowhere - you don't get an answer for days.
Another issue is MCF inventory capacity - we hit a limit with just our initial inventory and now it has eaten into our FBA capacity. It would be nice if MCF capacity would be handled differently.
How does MCF effect capacity limits since the sales are being made off the platform?
What is the claims process for items shipped by MCF such as delivered to the wrong address or the customer claimed they never received it when you have proof of delivery?
How do you file a lost shipment claim?
