I’ve been getting rejected by Amazon at the initial verification with no further explanation. After several attempts, I was able to get a reply after and Amazon told me that I have multiple accounts and that’s the reason, which is not correct but I’m not sure If I have the right understanding of what Amazon considers multiple account.

I have an account registered in the US with an established LLC. And I just recently set up a limited company in the UK. I tried to register and get through the verification process for the UK account but no success…

Anyone can give any ideas on how to approach this matter? I share the e-mail I received from Amazon and my answer.

I have to say since the introduction of AI, every day is a challenge on Amazon.

Whethere its the AI flagged a childrens night lamp as a car light bulb, or a plastic toy as a Baton its constant.

Today I get up to find out an LED light up dog collar for safety has been flagged as an electrostatic shock collar.

How ? how do you go from a lighted collar for safety to this ? What is worse is that when you appeal a human does not even check, its AI who repeat the same over and over.

Its crazy @Seller_Huz6FT08OxHARcan any mods help as to be honest this is getting silly now. Surely a human being can read an ad and determine its ok

Hi Everyone

By 1st June, everything was going good. All my listings were Featured Offer Eligible and I was getting buy box. In the evening of 1st June I have checked that I have not received any order since noon. Then I checked that Featured Offer Eligibility for all my listings went to NO. Even for FBA listings.

I have contacted Amazon but got the same cool scripted response that it is an automated process we cannot do it manually so PERFORM BETTER and WAIT.
