I thought i'd share this hilarious quote from the Brand Registry team. They placed a violation on our account for inauthentic product after we reported another seller. We are the manufacturer and brand owner of the product. This gave me a good belly laugh, the arrogance is quite astonishing.
"Kindly note; whether or not you think, feel or believe that this wasn't a violation is immaterial. Amazon is rarely, if ever; wrong."
So there you have it folks. No need to waste your time querying Amazon again, we now know they are rarely, if ever, wrong. LOL!

No team on the Amazon platform use any kind of logic in their decision making. They just look at whatever system given to them to write answers for you that comes from the Amazon policy.
The Amazon policy is a bureaucratic nightmare designed to make Amazon the most money at the expense of Amazon sellers. The entire thing is very much wrong.
However, if you speak to any of these individuals who only speak to you based on the Amazon policy, it is not surprising for them to believe that Amazon is never wrong.
Did you really receive that in an answer from the Brand Registry team? If yes, that's hilarious and unbelievable!
And WHO is Amazon? I have seen often very wrong and outdated answers from mods in this forum. Probably they mean the AI is never wrong..... OK, we have outstripped George Orwell and landed in Franz Kafka's world.
"Amazon is rarely, if ever; wrong."
Well, on the bright side, if you ever go to one of the Amazon "events" and meet some of the staff, it will be perfectly obvious who wrote that text.
Just look at the noses for proof ----

Please screenshot this quote and send to the congressman, so they can use that in their next annual court hearing.
I'm astonished that they acknowledged that they've ever been wrong! Must have been a copy/paste error.
Put that on a t-shirt, thats how you'll make money on amazon.
Guess I'll go plant some more seeds then...
Oh fancy pants rich McGee over here.....
I'm sure someone already said it, but "Great T-Shirt!"
I believe it, the support team has a different answer for each member you talk too, there is 0 accountability and 0 uniformity with the responses you get. Absolute dumpster service
