Read onlyHello @Steve_Amazon, @Micah_Amazon
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently request your assistance in resolving the deactivation of my Amazon Handmade account (Primary Account), which is my main source of income.
The account was deactivated due to a related account issue, specifically the existence of a second seller account that I opened some time ago purely for exploratory purposes. I would like to explain the situation in full transparency; The second account was created solely to explore the possibility of launching a dropshipping business. I was unaware that opening a second account without prior approval from Amazon was against the Terms of Service. This was an honest mistake.
The second account has never been used — there are no listings, no sales, no customer interactions, and no operational activity of any kind. Nothing.
Despite its inactivity, it has now caused a suspension of my primary Handmade account, where I am an active, policy-abiding seller. Also, it is a fully verified account.
When I try to reactivate either account; "each one, refers me to appeal and reactivate the other" , creating a loop that I am unable to resolve on my own.
I kindly ask for your support to resolve this issue that is in a never ending loop.
Best Regards

You actually CAN have a second account as long as the accounts don't sell the same products or categories so it sounds like something else is going on.
As to the dropshipping issue, it is exceedingly dangerous on Amazon so be sure to read ALL their policies AND be aware if you are just doing some of the 'bulk upload' cr$# that lots of those services do you are running the risk of having something listed that matches what you do in handmade!
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

Is this about the SAME account that you posted about being deactivated three weeks ago?
I have the same problem, I got my account deactivated, but there should be a technical problem in Amazon. Because the other account is very similar to mine, and both use the same credentials. It is very frustrating, and since I am an individual seller, I can't contact Amazon Health and should wait every day. I provide my explanation, but I get an email with the same answer from a template.
Correct, no idea how this has happened, and thanks for the note. I started another thread.
